Cancellation Policy

At SERENITY SALON, we value your time and outs. Each appointment is specially reserved for you, and we kindly request that you provide 24 hours notice if you end to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.

No-shows or same-day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service price and may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure the quality and timing of services for all guests.
